Be attentive to your body’s needs
Get ample fresh air and lots of exercises, as they both will help you to develop a healthy brightness. Regular exercising and physical training will help you to keep your muscles and bones fit, release any pent up energy that you may have and rejuvenate you.
Get good sleep
Get a minimum of eight hours of sleep every night. Avoid working late hours and try to get to bed early.
